John Charters’s and his team are very professional lawyers. They are a family law firm where 2 of their lawyers or 3 were picked to become worker’s compensation judges. That says a lot about the firm and the lawyers they are producing. We had a long case. Took over 4 years. Workers comp is cut and dry, if you are looking for a payout- wc is not the way to do it. If you are looking for what is fair and what the wc system is set up for then this is definitely the firm to chose. They are realists and do work hard even if it is not broadcast daily to you. You hire a firm you can trust with your life. You let them do their job and trust the process. You will get what you need and what is fair. Hands down would hire them over and over!

Nick charters is doing a on going 2 year case and helping me with medical bills and calling me back I broke my foot and ankle at my second job at McDonald’s and left to figure everything out, McDonald’s workers and owners wouldn’t help me to E.R or to vehicle after I broke my ankle even my second job at McDonald’s costed me a home marriage and pain and mental after words I’m thankful Nick charters has been trying to solve this for 2 years in May thank you charters. happy holidays
