John Charters’s and his team are very professional lawyers. They are a family law firm where 2 of their lawyers or 3 were picked to become worker’s compensation judges. That says a lot about the firm and the lawyers they are producing. We had a long case. Took over 4 years. Workers comp is cut and dry, if you are looking for a payout- wc is not the way to do it. If you are looking for what is fair and what the wc system is set up for then this is definitely the firm to chose. They are realists and do work hard even if it is not broadcast daily to you.
