John Charters’s and his team are very professional lawyers. They are a family law firm where 2 of their lawyers or 3 were picked to become worker’s compensation judges. That says a lot about the firm and the lawyers they are producing. We had a long case. Took over 4 years. Workers comp is cut and dry, if you are looking for a payout- wc is not the way to do it.
